The NJCACOA reserves the right to bestow the designation of "Lifetime Member" to those members who comply with the requirements of the state pension system and are eligible to receive retirement benefits or those who served as an animal control officer for 20 years or longer and have been a member in good standing with the NJCACOA.

A "Lifetime Member" retains all of the rights of an active member, and they may also hold office in the association. The NJCACOA Lifetime Members are listed below:
